Caribou Question

I have a quick question for those that have harvested caribou before. How big are their 1/4's? Compared to a deer or elk. I process deer for people but have never done a caribou. I have 4 of them coming in this week but unsure on their size to give them a quote. I do not want to over charge nor under charge either. What i see online they are bigger than a deer and obviously smaller than an elk. Just looking for a little insight.

Agree. I always felt it was about the size of my biggest deer and my smallest elk.

Thank you! That is what i was thinking. I was going to price a little more than a deer and less than an elk.
