I like steak and brussels…
Yes Brussels cooked in butter with bacon, onion, garlic, all cooked to a slight crisp. Skew a brussel and piece of steak and it's so awesome. Just shy of haven in elk camp. That was a down day after two days of dropping into a monster hole. First day 8.5 miles 2nd day 11.5 miles. So that day we cooked that we did a short 3 mile then came back for a good dinner and a longer night of sleep

Trent..... What part of Can-adia" are you in ? is ther eany bears or just deer ...... And what does it take to talk you into chasing bears if they're there :)

Nice camp, I think I could rough it like that :p
I imagine the have some bear in that country.
 
Not a camp pic, but went high looking for the hold out Bulls. Never found any. Minimal sign. Got 2 days left to get one. Lower now, but I have been to every elevation. Only elk I have found are low. Scrub oak low
