CA Archery Gobblers (pics)

Last weekend I was invited to bowhunt with two veteran archery turkey hunters from the Northern half of the Golden State. What an incredible weekend! My hunts didn't last very long, as I arrowed a good gobbler (9" beard 1" spurs) Saturday morning 10 minutes into my morning hunt after Chris and Joe called this bird into 9 yards!

The next morning, we were back at it. First thing after legal shooting light, Chris called in this gobbler (9.5" beard 1" spurs) which presented me with a 10 yard shot. Talk about a fun hunt......both caught on video as well. I'm beginning to like this Spring turkey stuff! Hope you enjoy
