Broken Euro

Had a Euro fall off the wall and glue/patience is not gonna cut it. Pretty bummed. Anyone have skull caps mounted nicely they’d like to share?

Are all of those in your kitchen all of the time? I am delegated to having all skulls and “dead” things to the shop/garage… as per the Mrs. Full stop!

Ya. Hell, my wife killed half of those...she aint putting her heads in my smelly shop. lol

@TOGIE I’ll post some photos tonight. It is this cheap one-piece metal deal that just has a finger that sticks out into the hole on the back of the skull. That chinsey metal finger bent just enough that it slid off. It’s actually happened once before but it was my fault. Glued and repaired, bent the finger back up, and right then I should have known the integrity of that little finger was toast.

If you go with the mount base. Order one that will fit your needs. They will screw threw the skull to the base. Then use molding clay to fill in and smooth out. Generally use felt or flannel or what ever you like. Stretch tight and trim around antler bases.Generally put the tag on the back of the plaque also.
