Blue 24...Blue 24.. HIKE HIKE !!!

Yeah, I've had the same issues when trying to train with a heart rate monitor. Once I calculated my max heart rate, the training zone wasn't much more than a walk or real slow jog. Maybe I'm not doing it right...

Well.... After an appitizer of onion rings, and a Whisky river BBQburger for lunch I hit the scales at 224 again. I guess that Strawberry trifle did me in ;)

Fowla, no worries, I have that in the equation !!! :p
