I have question for you hunt talkers about this bird flue thing we keep hearing about in the news.
Say my pet parakeet gets it ..... Do I fix him some chicken noodle soup, keep him in bed, and give him plenty of fluids?

Nope ... you have to 12 ga. him with 3 inch mags at close range then burn whats left.
