A note of possible interest... The mittens were made by a school teacher in Essex, Vt. and given to Mr. Bernie two years ago. They were made from repurposed wool sweaters and lined with fleece made from recycled plastic bottles. I am really biting my tongue not to give my opinion of him . Great , fun thread !!!
