Took a chunk of antelope backstrap and fillet it out. Sprinkled some homemade cheese and jalapeños in it and then rolled it up. Wrapped a bacon weave around it and onto the pellet grill it went at 350 degrees. Pulled it when internal temp hit 135. Delicious. Will definitely do it again

Speaking of which did you get the sous vide? Been thinking about it lately.
I did. Made the other chunk of backstrap in it for the kids. Mouth watering tender. I love it. Actually made the homemade cheese with the sous vide
