We are moving on to drawing #2 in the Big Annual Drawing And Sponsor Spotlight. The next item we will be drawing is a Howa Rifle. Your choice of caliber, stainless or blued.

Legacy Sports is the parent company of Howa, who is donating this rifle; Escort Shotguns who is donating the next prize of a 12 guage semi-auto shotgun; and Citadel Handguns who is donating a 1911 .45ACP to this event.

Goes without saying, Legacy Sports is serious about supporting the self-guided hunter. All there brands, Howa, Escort, Citadel, etc. are the best value for the money in any of the firearms I own and shoot.

To go to their site and see all their products go here -------> Howa Rifles

For this show and site to continue, they need to hear from you. All of these platforms are provided at no cost and I hope that as we put the spotlight on these companies, you will let them know that you appreciate them. They put a HUGE amount of emphasis on emails thanking them for support. It would go a long ways if you were so inclined to click the links below and let them know.

Hard to overstate the level of commitment Howa has shown to the self-guided hunter. I hope you will let them know you appreciate their support. They donate a rifle to most every cause I am involved with, both on this site and with the man conservation groups I work with.

Contact information to let these folks know of your support is below. I hope you will click the links and email them.

> Federal Premium Ammunition (the company that is underwriting all the shipping and promo costs of this big drawing).

I will draw this winner sometime over the weekend.

Can't guarantee you will draw a bison tag if you win this rifle, but if you do draw a bison tag, I can promise it will do the job.

I need a new one for next year in WY....please pick MN.... :)

QUESTION: If I am lucky to be drawn.... what email address should I be looking for... "hunttalk"??? Just in case it goes into my junk mail box.

Thanks in advance,
the dog

Thanks again Randy and sponsors for doing this, and for having such a great show and website. This place and all the people here have really helped me expand my hunting experiences.

After going to the new range at Fort Carson yesterday to confirm my zero I just sent Federal a thank you note. I shoot a much-maligned Rem 710 ( let the comments fly :) ) but it just loves the VS 180gr NPs. I put 8 shots inside a quarter off of sand bags :) Nice to have great products supporting the show and this site!!

Woah! That's a serious prize donation! Very generous of everyone involved. My daughters would love to break in a new Howa on some WY pronghorns! :)

This is the one thing I do need as I currently don't have a rifle. I got my brother into hunting this year and gave him my only rifle. (although I hadn't used it in a few years due to tagging out in archery). Would be nice to have a good rifle again. My fingers are crossed.
