I sent the link to a tattoo lady I know in Cheyenne, told her he might be looking to get Sylvester wrapped around his hips checking out his Tweety Bird.

Why they felt the need to mention this tattoo? What`s the odds of someone seeing this ink and saying ..."wait a minute, aren`t you wanted for...." and then turn him in and explain to the media/police as to how you recognized him?
