Antlerless Father and Son Adventure

Amazing day! Congrats man. Memories made in the field are IMO some of the best and never forgotten.
 
That is tenderloin. Alfalfa fed antelope is mighty tasty!
I've never had a bad one...but the tenderloins never last past the second day!
They make a darn good breakfast butterfly sliced and fried with bacon & mushrooms.
Serve them with toast & Sunnyside up eggs.
This year if luck is with me the tendys are going home to be prepared like yours!
Really making me hungry.
 
Congrats! My boys (4 and 7) and I are planning a WY antelope for next year and can't wait. They got to go out with me over Labor Day for some grouse hunting (official first hunting experience) and my youngest is already stoked about next year.
