So I'm taking a young lady out to Wyoming for an Antelope hunt. Because she will NOT miss a day of college, August 15th - 18th with the crossbow is the option. I usually hunt the rut, late September when the dominate bucks have the does separated. Just wondering what to expect in August? Will the bucks still be together or apart. When we were there the last part of June to Prairie dog hunt they were grouped up in a few bunches of 7 or so. Not too excited about sitting over a waterhole. Would like to do spot and stalk. Thanks in advance.

Good luck to all

The buck I killed last year on September 10th was with 6 other bucks and not a doe in sight. It's hard telling but I wouldn't be surprised to see several bucks together. At that time.

There were actually 6 more in this group I couldn't get in the photo. It was late August a few years ago.
