At a dollar a piece, I'm still in.
If we all thought alike there would be no need to hold elections. It does not do our society any good to assign those who think differently than you, a less than status. Everyone has their unique life experience and personality than influence their world view.
We all have blind spots in our world view. For democrats, such as myself, the Thursday debate removed any blinder that was present. It was on full display for the world to see. I wish I knew how this will shake out. I hope he steps aside. I have long wondered how so many can not see the deep flaws in the GOP candidate. Now, I consider it a blind spot.
I do know our country is roiling with many negative emotions. What I can do individually is treat people respectfully. I open doors when it makes sense, smile and say hello, yada, yada.
I hope we can navigate the choppy waters that we are in. No one is going anywhere, we will need to figure out how to play in the same sand box.
