About an hour after I got back to Redman's the neighbor sent me a pic.... they started on the field! Things are looking up

This morning had been eventful. Lots of deer. First a couple of forkys with suicide intention s... but i wasn't falling for it. Then a forky and a REALLY tall but narrow 8 other side of the crp. Then a doe and fawn far end of the crp. THEN, a BIG, WIDE 10 came out near them. I grunted and he came my way. Got to about 55-60 behind brush , milled around, but wouldn't come any closer. About 20minutes until he drifted off A little while later I hear a ruckus in the woods behind me. I see a flash and out comes a doe with a big forky right on her. Some how she loses him but he won't go away. Around me, all told, for about 46 minutes in and out of brush. Finally just left.

Well, my day escalated quickly. About 1150 I was considering getting down. Lunch and a move to the woods after. As I was chewing on a few sour patch kids I see movement across the crp. A pretty tall 8 at about 120 . I grunt few and he starts working a diagonal. Over about 10-15 minutes he get to about 50 and hangs up in some brush after running the forky from earlier off. I snort wheeze him and then grunt hard..... takes about another 15 min and he comes right into a shooting lane at 25 yds. Squeeze and WHACK. Stood up to watch him and pretty sure I saw him go down. Wait about 15 minutes and then get down to track. Schwacker painted a pretty good trail. He went about 75 yds TOWARD THE ROAD He is now in the cooler and I'm eating at the Sandwich Shoppe in Delphi!! Top 2 tenderloin in the state.
