Heres one of the areas we looked for blackies. It was at the headwaters of the russian river.

Heres both Oscars the morning of there flight.

Here they go on there on there journey.

They didnt come out to well so bear with me. My otheres came out worse. Oh well, what do you expect from a disposable camera

Bill, yeah it is real nice up that way. I like that part of the state but it gets hit so hard by people (hiking, bikig etc) that it almost suck for hunting. Relaxing to hike though.

I added a couple more pics of moosie and his dad to show how thick it was for us. This is why I dont use a scope to often down here on the kenai pen.
