A boost for LWCF

I'm sitting at a public land ceremony, Tenderfoot. All the delegates are giving remarks at the podium.

Senator Daines just got done and made the announcement that he is going to co-sponsor Senator Burr's amendment to reauthorize LWCF as is. That is a big change and a lot of help to getting LWCF reauthorized.

That puts some key Senators joining the call to reauthorize LWCF before it expires in September. Raising the ante even further, Senator Daines called for full funding of LWCF, as did Senator Tester.

Now, if we can get the crazies in the House to see the value if this program, it might have a chance.
