I tried a 308 100 or 101 hammer and it was pretty accurate. I'm sure the speed was elevated. Out of a Marlin 336

So, based on my groups with factory ammo, I had someone say just buy the factory ammo. Is it the reloader in me that wants to reproduce the same results with handloads? Should I just not waste components and buy 10 boxes of ammo and call it a day?

Unless you want a different bullet, I'd say just buy a bunch of that factory stuff.

Doing that stuff I mentioned earlier could help it "like" a wider range of loadings still.
