Its really shocking to me how the trend in college and pro teams towards smaller/no pads in places that traditionally held pads. Bare knees and elbows on the old astroturf was a sandpaper fest of huge strawberried skin back in the day.

I’ve heard several predictions that don’t have the Badges winning 6 games… hang in there… crazy how a team can slide so quickly , you guys have had a lot of coaching turnover which never is good , I remember the 2020 Rose Bowl and Bilema was coaching Wisconsin Now he’s at Illinois. What was the reason he left or was he pushed out?
He wanted to make the jump to the SEC (Arkansas)- that didn’t go particularly well, so he stepped back into the Big 10. He’s doing fairly well at Illinois in my opinion, he’s a good coach.

Boise got spanked ! Surprised how one sided that got
No embarrassment for the B1G yesterday as Nebraska, Wisconsin, Rutgers and Minnesota all held serve
Big win for Nebraska as they clung to a 3 point lead and Cincy was driving with a pick in the endzone to win ! They’ve let a lot of games like that slip the last few seasons
Auburn / Baylor and Colorado / GT are the interesting matchups this evening

Shout out to Incle Phil for putting Duck Swoosh’s on my feet , new kick came today from the U of O bookstore
aka uncle Phil is Phil Knight Duck alum and founder of NIKE … they always do a few special shoes for the university every year , can’t fly back to my 1st duck game in 10
Years without being swagged out, Uncle Phil is his nickname around campus

I was talking with @golfer wishing the Ducks were playing someone else today , Cats will put a fight but in the we all know how this one is gonna end

@jimh406 I just want this game over and move on to next week , my ducks are supposed to win and the Cats are my 2nd favorite team , taking the wife up to Bozeman in 2 weeks for her first Cats game..

Always tell when the Ducks are at home…about 2/3 of our neighbors are from the “Valley”…game day weekends look like the road out of Burning Man!

Hated the drive home after a game , 2 hrs went to 4 hrs right quick, 60k descending on one location creates a traffic hell
