Dear Elk Hunters,
I live in MD. At the last minute my two hunting buddies had to backout of our 2012 Fall Rifle Elk Hunt in Colorado. Any Elk hunt groups or individuals in the Mid-Atlantic area looking to round out their hunt group or need someone to share traveling//lodging/camping costs give me a shout.
I have a Colorado CID # and can act as group application coordinator. I have already identified a great hunting unit in Colorado. This GMU Unit has high altitude wilderness (11-12,000 ft.), both summer and winter Elk rages, with good bull to cow ratios, 80% public lands, and has great hunter access. Happy hunting!
