There is one person with 21 points, a Non-Res.

2 people with 20 points, 1 NR and 1 R.

7 people with 19 points, 5 R and 2 NR.

12 people with 18 points, 5 R and 7 NR.

98 people with 17 Points, 58 R and 40 NR.

163 people with 16 points, 96 R and 67 NR.
