1894 win 25 35 hunt

Got my first antelope with an 1894 Winchester made in 1898, in 25 35. about 120 yards with 110 grain bullet.

just adopted my 100 yr. old octagon barrel 1894 in 25-35 this year and can't wait to take it on a deer / pig hunt. what a great feeling rifle!!

It was not very first antelope, just first one with this gun. My first one was with a pre 64 win in 270. My first deer was with an 1892 25 20. After 60 some years of hunting I just needed a new challenge.

Nice. did you handload it? I've only seen the 25-35 in 117 gr soft points.
My dad still has the model 64 that was my great grandfathers.
