Good Luck. When i was in college 30 years ago I ran some bears with an old Plott Breeder named Woodrow "Woody" Wilson from Bovill Idaho . He used to travel back to Michigan to hunt Bears there. He offered to give me a pup if I'd raise the litter once weaned, and I was too wrapped up in school. He told some stories about some big ol bears from there abouts.....

Headed to Northern Lower Michigan tomorrow to run bears. I drew a Red Oak tag this year and transferred it to my kid. He has been working hard all summer to save up money for tipping the Houndsman.

We have an iron sighted JM stamped Marlin 30-30 to do the dirty work. Should be a fun hunt.
