Hey everyone I am curious, I would like to know everyones' thoughts on "Hunting Etiquette". I had a conversation today with the other half and we each had our own ideas so I decided to post the question in here. I know with everyone being a Hunter there must be lots of answers or ideas ?
I would like to know if anybody knows of what kind of dog would make a good trailing dog for downed deer ?Also how would you go about training the dog to go about finding a downed deer?
I live in Northeast Texas and have real sandy soil but want to plant some food plots but need help to figure out what would be the best thing or things to plant can anyone help me out here? Plus what is the best time to plant for a winter plot here as well?
I have heard that if you were to take a tote sack and put the salt into it and hang up in a tree and let the rain soak the bag and the salt water will drip onto the ground making a mineral site for you have never tried this so do not know how well it works.
I remember about 4 or 5 years ago watching Knight and Hale TV show and it seems they were crow hunting and were grilling them but I can not find a recipe of any kind for crows anywhere. Can anyone help me out please?
I have never taken a bobcat before and on this new deer lease I joined I have seen like five of them and was wondering how to get them to come to me so can anyone in here help me out here?
Even in Ohio it must be legal to fertilize natural habitat like honeysuckle and stuff like that because if it is wild how would they know if you were fertilizing it or not
I do not know about some of your stuff on here but I do know that fried peanut butter sandwichs are pretty good tasting you make it just like a grilled cheese Try it you'll like it
This year I was thinking about tring a mineral site on my deer lease but not sure how to go about it I have heard you put it on the ground ,but then I have read that you shpould put it into a trough so it can have some sort of cover over it too,so any help out there?
