    I read your post on not adding salt to burger mix, you said salt the top of the patty. Why is that, I’m kinda new to cooking.

    If you're new to cooking I highly recommend you purchase each of Hank Shaws cookbooks. He covers a lot of the "why" I just mentioned, and most his recipes are pretty easy and delicious.

    Hey I read your post on wine country turkey hunt! Awesome! I'm looking to try to plan a hunt out there in wine country and bring my dad, he's big into wine and has just started coming turkey hunting with me the past two years. I'm struggling to find info online about guides in that area, wondering if you could give me any info on how you got access to land or any guides you might know of...
