    Air flow isn't the best term, but creating separation between the individual pieces of meat in order to avoid a moisture trap where bacteria can grow is the end goal.

    How rigid are they, do they flex at the seams? Could you stack a second inside a bigger cooler to create a shelf/barrier for meat to allow air flow?

    When you're trying to say shit that sounds fantastic but when you math out 300,000 tones = ~94,000,000 gallons and the transportation sector alone burnes 123,000,000 gallons a day it doesn't sounds as sexy as saying it's less than a day of fuel.

    Many moons ago ditched a $220mo car payment and leased a Fiat500e for $0 down/$209mo. Charged at work only for free, got access to the HOV lane (cut commute time by 45-60 min a day). The most financially responsible car i've ever had. I miss Guiseppe.

    Factor in charging costs, potential insurance changes, and tire wear. Might be splitting hairs, but something to consider.
