So I’m hearing a lot of bad things about elk in 621. It’s been 3 years sense I last had the rifle bull tag but I drew again this year. I would like to hear from others about their personal experience the last couple of years. Thanks in advance.
So I was lucky and drew the 621 rifle breaks elk tag again after only 3 years. Needless to say I’m excited and would love to see pictures of elk in the breaks.
I’m thinking of using my 35 Remington for black bear in Saskatchewan this year. I would be using hornady 200 grain ftx. My question is has anyone used that ammo for bear and how did you like it.

I had the tag in 22 and I shot the first one I seen and it wasn’t a bad 6x5, but what a horrible year. Between everyone saying they couldn’t find much and just the bad weather. I’m glad I wasn’t planning on holding out.
