He did a lot with that rifle! I could like one, especially a purple one
but don't see that happening. A 180gr Scenar or ELD out of one would be FUN!

I've always enjoyed reading Don Thomas, whether the topic be wingshooting or longbows.

Jim Harrison. Hands down my favorite author across any genre.
That's said, Sigurd Olson is criminally underrated outside of the Lake Superior area. Nationally, he should be seen as a equal to Aldo Leopold in the realm of advocating and writing about landscapes.
