Had the chance to chase some Yellow Fin Tuna in Banderas Bay a few weeks ago. First time we used a kite to skip the bait across the surface. Birds were loving it and the Spinner Dolphins were putting on quite the acrobatic show. We caught these three about 50 miles out. Such a fun fish to catch and it tastes incredible.

looks like fun
we ate sashimi as the deckhands were cleaning them up. basically, its thinly sliced raw tuna(still warm) and you dip it in soy sauce or other sauces they had. i get it though, it took me a little while to try it the first time, but i love it now.
