Wyoming Youth Licenses

Question - as I couldn't find details on the WY G&F website.

Subject is the reduced price "youth licenses" for WY big game permits.

Can the "youth" participate in the "Special" draw or are they limited to the "Regular" draw such as those with deer, lope and elk?

If I "party up" with my son for the "Special" drawing pool - will he have to pay the "Special" price or the youth price?

I'm 99% sure if a NR youth wants to apply in the special draw, they have to pay full NR adult Special fees.

I'm also sure that all applicants in a party must apply for either special or regular fees. You can apply as a party with your son with him paying the reduced priced NR Regular fee (around $114 IIRC) and you also applying for the regular fee.

I've read it in the regs and I'm pretty sure thats how it works.
