Tell us more about Pearson? I'm curious where the push is coming from? Certain land owners? Certain constituencies?

Total self serving bill. It's the usual, "woe is me", rancher/farmer can't make ends meet deal.

Essentially know that the wildlife has value and they want to hit the easy button from profiting from the publics wildlife.

I can assure you that LO licenses will being staying just as they are for sometime to come.

The LO's that currently receive tags, at least the ones that I speak with, know that they have a cherry deal and don't want to rock the boat.
