Wyoming proposed regs

Looks like they're out with very few proposed changes for elk, deer and pronghorn.

Quick glance, Deer looks steady to some slight decreases. Pronghorn looks like there is some increases, very few decreases.

Just added up the Pronghorn changes. 1,550 increase in Any Antelope tags, 1,025 increase in Doe/Fawn tags.

My recollection is that the proposed regulations had red and blue strike-through fonts that showed the changes from the past year. Am I remembering that wrong?

Still the same as it's been, old is red and strike thru, new is blue.

The moose, sheep and goat proposed regulations no longer indicate the resident/non-resident split. Any idea how I'm supposed to determine that? Will they publish that info later?

If my memory is correct ( big assumption) they strike the resident/non-resident split in the proposed regs and then put it in the approved regs.

Dang, makes me wish I applied for the type 9 tag I’ve been considering as the type 1 for the area is proposed to go way up. That will probably knock bull quality way back
