Basically he said that the trespassing statute was worded wrong and you are only trespassing is you enter an enclosed building. Therefore you can hunt any private land you want to. He even had a lawyer look at the wording!

Yep. Had to be the same guy.I wonder if outfitters have been granted powers of arrest as well? Watch out for the guy with a horse trailer-he can give you a speeding ticket and check your immigration status! Maybe we should ask him to ask his lawyer friend.
