Does anyone know where I can find the 2011 Antelope leftover list? I'm trying to get a jump on some unit research.

Does filling out the leftover antelope application and sending it in increase your odds of getting a leftover, versus buying one over the phone or at a license Selling agent?

I think left over tags are first come first serve. If true, I would assume purchasing it online or over phone if possible is the way to go.
