So be prepared in Wyoming when the Weather report talks about snow at elevation.

I would listen to DayWeather and Don Day's forecasts, he gets it right more often than not and he's a bow hunter too.
Seems top happen every year, nice cold front with snow in Sept then a bigger dumping in Oct.

The forecast keeps getting colder for where I’m headed this week. Low of 5 degrees Tuesday night and 6 inches plus of snow. Should be a good test for my fancy new sleeping bag....

Pretty accurate in south central WY.

That looks nice, our visibility is about the same but from smoke! It's getting better but I'll take September snow over September smoke any day.

Snowing again tonight over most of Wyoming. Not enough to keep me from venturing out elk hunting though.
