Wyoming Draw Results 2026

Yeah, I've got mine, but he didn't screenshot it. All evidence points to him not completing the app, but he's sure he did and this is not his first time. We've done party apps in Wyoming several time before. Even if it's a mistake, I'm guessing he'd be unable to prove it. We'll find out next week, I guess, but bummer...
Check the bank account it should show something from applying

A lot of people only get a limited amount of time or draw something else. Or in wyoming in particular save them to split with kids or grandkids. At least all of those apply to me in some fashion. I'm not bitching about not hunting though either so maybe I'm not included in that group.
I treat my points like my 401k idk when I wanna retire but I know I want to so I put what I can into it. Wyoming is the same way idk when I want to hunt it but when I do I’ll have the points. Just like a 401 the more I have sitting there odds are I’ll have a more enjoyable experience

No WY application for me this year but enjoy seeing how everyone else got on.

I only have 6 deer points that I plan to use in the next couple of years.

Creep was definitely real this year. I didn’t apply but checked out the draw odds. My 14 points this year would’ve got me less than my 13 points last year. I’m guessing my 15 next year will get me even less.

I’m at the point where I’m wondering what the best value for my points will be. Draw a great unit for myself or keep waiting to share with my 9 and 7 year old kids on a low end unit in 5 years.
Save and share..I did. It always feels good..

With a busy life and doing a lot of hunting in my home state every fall, I treat bonus points as basically accumulating as many as possible and then applying for the best unit I think I can draw from my research when I have the time to go on that hunt. I accept that most units will be worse years later when I can draw them. Guys sure get worked up with how everyone else is using their own bonus points.

I think most people that are “getting worked up” are just trying to figure out the best strategy for themselves. I’d like to know if point creep is going to continue and at what rate. There comes a time where it makes more financial sense to apply for the random in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, New Mexico and Colorado each year rather than spending hundreds in preference points.
