I still miss having a paper Wyoming Big Game reg mailed to me. I for one would pay more for my application to have a paper copy mailed to me.I can copy and print but not the same to me.
I always get two from Colorado ,must be a problem in there system.

Yep, times is changin'. It's all about saving money and if the licenses are not increased then I can live with that option. New Mexico has gone away from issuing "tags" for the animals. I called last year and told them that my elk tag had not arrived. They stated "no tags" just print out your hunting receipt and have it with you and the animal. I can not remember how many $$$$ they told me, it was saving the state.
