I don't know if I would, but the one thing that you have to be careful of is where he runs after being shot. A guy in Cody shot a huge buck and it died on a bunny hugger's property. It made things pretty sticky from what I was told.

Great picture! We had a 190" whitetail with matching droptines that would hang out in a city not too far from me. One night some idiot shot him with a crossbow and tried to check him in at the local Bass Pro. Everyone within a three county radius had pictures of that deer so it wasn't too hard for the DNR to nail the scumbags for poaching. In Ohio you are fined by the inch and that buck cost those guys nearly $28,000.
