Looks like they added some language to prevent the harvest of older broomed off less than 3/4 curl rams. One horn has to not be broomed off.

I fully agree. This seems like a horrible way to address the issue. It will be a mess.

When will final regulations be available for review? There is a note on the website that the governor’s signature may take 75 days. Alternatively, is there a way to review commission changes to the proposed regulations online?

Commission meeting is on youtube, not a lot of significant changes, other than one NR moose tag available in the random draw. Dropped some mule deer doe tags, region x for NR dropped 100 off the quota.

Took 1 nonresident moose tag from area 5 and gave it to 25.
