That pic reminded me of this one I took a few years ago. Not the sharpest, as I took it through a spotting scope right before dark. I'd say he's a keeper, though.
I think it would depend on the area I was hunting. On the late season hunts I like here I would pass the first bull, he is under 300 BC, he is a young bull.
The second picture is a good bull. You can tell by his third point on his left side is long. That bull is a mature bull, and I would assume the other side matched. I would shoot him. Ron
