After we saw the elk, we drove down the road to another subdivision and saw these critters. Just never tire of seeing them.

In a yard and the fence is to keep the deer, elk and moose out of the trees and shrubs.

Where do the majority of the bucks winter at by jackson? I've cruised around there and seen plenty of elk moose and bighorn sheep but never a lot of deer.

Look on the butte on the north side of Broadway and across from the refuge. Another good place is in a subdivision NW of the airport.

It is a good buck. It would depend on where I was hunting as to if I would shoot or not. In many open areas here in Idaho I would shoot. In the areas I apply for tags in a drawing I would pass this buck. Ron

Nice pics Bill. I saw a couple of them things while I was there, I got some pics of them but with a disposeable comera they didn't turn out too well.
