Worlds largest Army

There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin.
Allow me to restate that number.
Over the last several months, Wisconsin 's hunters became the eighth largest army in the world.
More men under arms than in Iran.
More than in France and Germany combined.
These men deployed to the woods of a single American state to hunt with firearms, and no one was killed.
That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania and Michigan 's 700,000 hunters,
all of whom have now returned home.
Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia and it literally establishes the fact that
the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world.
The point?
America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower.
Hunting -- it's not just a way to fill the freezer. It's a matter of national security.

Coming from Pa and its 750,000 hunters,I always find it a little amusing when people in some western states claim too many hnter and NR.I've never had a problem getting away from other hunters here or out west with just a little effort/walking.Our numbers here use to top a million a year.I use the other hunters to my advantage out here during deer season.Figure out where they park to enter the woods and find the escapes the deer will use to get to cover or the thickest spot on the mountain. It use to be an all day flow of deer, but numbers have dropped in the past few years with the high doe tags/kill.
I now do all my hunting here for my son to fill his tags.Going west is for me and my hunting, chasing new animals we don't have here.My boys will be joining me out west in the coming years though
Pretty cool to see we compare with other countries army

May or may not have been said:
