Curious if anyone’s used it and what they think. Looking to sharpen kitchen knives mostly. I’ve tried a whetstone in the past and didn’t have the best results. Maybe I just need more practice. These seem idiot proof, but then again, you never know…

These are idiot proof " For the most part" Pretty simple to run. I like a wetstone for my kitchen knives but that is what i was taught on at the restaurant i was a chef at. They take some decent practice to get the hang of it and to keep you angle consistent.

It locks in your angle so as long as you have a steel that sharpens well it’s hard to go wrong
