Looking to purchase a multi day pack for my wife. She is 5' . Not looking to spend more than $200.

Others to take a look at? Any info would be great to read.

Really like that pack and the current price is hard to believe!
I spoke with the reps on sizing and availability (out of stock) - in stock tomorrow or believed to be.
It is now between this golite, osprey and the kelty.
Kelty is a massive company and typically I lean away from such for specialty type equipment though the reviews, price and quite honestly they have maintained a quality product... I'm leaning towards the Golite as I sure appreciate their company w/ 15 retail locations now and they are based in Colorado... I admire their ingenious design abilities for ultralite tents, etc. The Osprey seems to have begun establishing a good quality name though I know little about them.

Appreciate the info Summit. Any others you guys (and gals) think would be worth the look?

My wife uses the Eberlestock X2. I do carry most of her stuff for her though. Depends on how much she wants/able to carry.

My wife has a couple Osprey packs. I think one is the Ariel, and her main pack is the Xenon. The belt and suspension on the Xenon is way better than the Ariel. Not sure how much she plans to pack, but if its a fair amount, I'd look for a pack made for that.

She's used and abused her Xenon a bunch in the last 4 years and its held up well.

I think the Osprey packs have different capacity based on the size of the frame.

Can anyone educate me on how to convert the Liters to cubic inches? As in a 65L pack is close to a 3000 cubic inch?

Thanks for the info guys. I picked up the Women's GoLite 65L in small size.
Price wise, awesome! $134 1/2 holiday sale.

Well after a disappointing fit process, the women's "small" sizing chart for golite quest 65 is essentially crap, in our experience. After thinking maybe I was off on measuring and adjusting, we took it to our local REI store and had a guru packer sales associate use specific women's measuring tool for torso and hip sizing. The provided dimensions presented on golite's website did not work correctly for the size purchased.
After extensive fitting of Gregory, Deuter, REI and Osprey, she found the Osprey Aura 65 to fit and ride best. Interesting enough, the pack weighs 3lbs 6oz. Well within the desired weight for packs.

It was a certain win for in store purchase over online.. I expected there to be necessary sizing for something specialized as a pack requires though after following the specifics online, it simply did not work. Now the joys of shipping the item back, etc.

Anyhow, win 1 for the store. Lose 1 for online.

Sorry about that, I guess fitting the ShangriLa5 is easier than fitting a pack online. Although after all the Christmas cookies fitting into the tent may be difficult.
