We just spent 1/3 of a year trying to kill wolves. There just aren't very many of them to manage. They're going to show up in places that surprise people, but they are from from an out of control plague.

What if someone actually is attacked? We don't seek to eliminate all bears and they attack people. Deer attack people. Moose are dangerous. That's just what happens when you have wildlife. It doesn't mean that we seek to eliminate them.
