Just noticed the boat ramps are unuseable, no motors allowed this year unless we get some serious rain. This is the first year I've fished WF, is this a normal thing for this lake? It's nice having the lake to yourself on a personal craft, but I'd rather it fill up a bit.

It started fill season at roughly 50% capacity. There will not be any semblance of a typical snowmelt runoff. Same story at many other reservoirs. Nothing is normal this year.
