Good on him, I’ve handled an alive deer similar in size and it kicked the crap out of me. It was a better fight than the Tyson put up. I was bruised and cut up afterwards. That little doe whooped my ass.

Decorah friends save distressed deer from sinkhole

This made me remember this story of some local college kids pulling a live deer out of a sinkhole. I thought it was just a few years but I guess it was 10 years ago. That makes me feel old.

Got pretty beat up a few years ago setting a elk calf loose from a fence. Momma kept me at bay for a while.
