Who's Your Trapper?

Wild Things Fur did a fantastic job for me a couple years back on a couple pair of gauntlets and a hat similar to Randy's. I sent them tanned beaver hides and they did the rest for a reasonable price.

The boy got his first rat today. He's really excited.

I've sworn, as well, that nothing is warmer than real fur. If someone finds something warmer I'd be hard pressed to believe them. I love cuddling up on the couch with a book and my coon skin slippers from USA Foxx & Fur. I've also got a fox pixie hat. I've got a fox scarf on the way. And I'm contemplating making my own trappers hat from raccoon. I've made rabbit fur mitts and enjoy the whole process.

Looking good, Randy! I'm glad you talk about trapping on the podcast on occasion. It's not a popular topic and most trappers are pretty private people and don't want to be social with those things. I'd love to hear more.
