Seriously. @Nameless Range's prose along with some good photography and this is not just a book about chicken fried steak, it's the 2020's version of A River Runs Through It but for the cardiac challenged.

Also, this photo wouldn't cut it. We need some real professional photography. I"m not paying $39.95 for iphone photos with poor lighting.
