My collection had a baby. I won the little offset smoker in a raffle at the Harley dealership yesterday.

Not sure just what I will do with the baby smoker. Can't see myself ever using it. Sometimes things you get for free aren't worth it. But tomorrow I'll be going to the Tractor Supply store where I got my Pit Boss and get a few bags of pellets to stock up on. House brand BBQ Blend 40lb. bags are on a flash sale for $5!

I vote cold smoker. Tiny fire on the far side of the fire box. Cheeses, etc. on the opposite side of the smoke chamber.

That may actually be a thing for it. I have a couple smoke tubes and won't even have to make a fire in it. The rack for the charcoal is pretty thin, along with the housing.
