Nothing yet and usually don't. 225 on the Recteq all night with 100% cherry pellets. I tripped the fat cap a bit but not too much and smoke it fat side down which I've found helps keep the flat from drying out too much from the heat on the bottom.

I'm sitting at about 190 right now in both point and flat and will start probing around 195.

I'm also trying the Kinder brisket rub for the first time. I've liked most of their stuff I've tried so far.

That’s called a “well seasoned” grill.

Not smoking but picked up a small 5lb prime rib to do on the Weber kettle rotisserie this evening.
Wife is working, so some buddies are coming over for chow and beverages.

Love a good prime rib !
